- Belbin 2006 Conference will take place on the 13th-14th of July in Downing College, Cambridge.
This year conference will focus on the use and application of Belbin Theory in practice and analyze its influence on the change processes companies undergo in the new era.
The main subjects of the conference:
• Cross-cultural teams and Hofsted's
five dimensions
• Belbin applications in state owned
enterprises in China
• Team Roles Model as an effective
recruitment tool.
At the conference Tatyana Runge and Its Kievits of
Kievits Ltd will be running a workshop addressing the
"challenges for the introduction of Belbin's
concepts in contemporary Russia".
The planned workshops will illustrate and celebrate
the ways Belbin theory has been applied over the
past 30 years around the world.

Observer Assessment tests.

Kievits's
